i’ve been struggling to get back on track after a decadent weekend of valentine’s day feasts & chocolates. in an effort to be more intentional about what i eat & stay accountable, i decided to take a snapshot of every thing i ate on tuesday.
1. breakfast 6sp: crispy oats cereal with almond milk, blueberries & half a banana + coffee with cream
2. lunch 8sp: turkey wrap with mini pretzels, sweet baby bell peppers & lots of lime-infused water
3. snack 3sp: vanilla greek yogurt with blueberries
4. dinner 8sp:crockpot chicken masala(made with light coconut milk) on cauliflower rice with a side salad & homemade salad dressing
5. snack (not shown) 4sp: two hershey miniatures
how do you approach your health journey & meals? i’d love to read your favorite snacks & your biggest successes! please share!
love,
natalie
p.s. this is not a sponsored weight watchers post. i simply love sharing my health journey with you in an effort to inspire & remind you that you’re not alone. xo!
Looks way better than what I eat! I am going to make my own Paleo chocolate today…..hoping it fills the sweet tooth😉 I did stop buying mini pretzels though….not enough flavor for the poor nutritional value….I'd rather have a few chips with salsa😄
Thank you for sharing! I've lost 14 pounds on Weight Watchers since the first of the year and you've given me some new meal iseas!

I use MyFitnessPal and log all of my food. I try for 1200-1400 calories per day. I workout 2 times per week with a trainer and then 2 more times on my own. I have had a lot of success. Down about 35 lbs in less than a year (with lots of traveling and holiday eating mixed in). I am about 10 lbs from my goal weight and feel terrific. Very happy I made the decision to make my health a priority. Good luck!
Thanks, Natalie! Mason's been leading our whole 30. I surprised her by having the chicken masala and cauliflower rice ready when she got home from a long shift. Yummy!!!
Looks great! I'm a weight watcher too…loving the program 🙂 I cook almost exclusively from the blog simple-nourished-living. Tons of crockpot recipes (my favorite) with all the smart points and nutritional info. Martha is a lifetime member and has tons of info on her blog. So happy to find another fellow ww blogger/instasistah 🙂

Have you tried these? http://www.amazon.com/Reynolds-Slow-Cooker-Liners-4-Count/dp/B002U0KKK8
They make cleaning up those crockpot meals so much easier. Who doesn't want to eat better & spend less time scrubbing dishes!

i love throwing greens into a smoothie. i sweeten it up by using mango and pineapple, and it's delicious.
