may goals

in may 2013, i will:
– drink 3 liters of water a day
– eat more dinners outside
– not worry

it’s difficult to set goals for one of the busiest months of the year. i considered making one of my goals “survive,” but i am hoping for much more than that. i am doing a little lifestyle challenge with a group of friends, and we earn points for drinking water. 3 liters of water. it seems like a lot at first, but i love how i feel when i am fully hydrated (headaches? completely gone!). i also plan to eat many dinners outside on our porch. this weather is just perfect.
finally, i am choosing to not worry. this has & always will be a struggle for me, but recently i have worried a little more than usual. it is mentally exhausting & isn’t productive! i plan to put little post-it notes throughout our home in those hot spots where i tend to worry the most (at the kitchen sink, the bathroom mirror, in bed).
i am excited to see what’s in store for the month of may. it is going to be good, people.
